For phlebotomist average annual salary range as calculated by The Bureau of Labor Statistics for those having 1 to 4 years of experience is $21,949 – $34,392, for 5 to 9 years is $24,435 – $36,067, for 10 to 19 years of experience is $26,348 – $35,889 and for 20+ years is $27,770 – $41,156. Nevertheless if one gets to some higher position they may be able to get a good pay too.
